Reference Number 0000262709 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/31 04:00:00 PM EST The University of Ottawa is seeking Proposals from qualified licensed companies (Proponents) to provide inspections, maintenance and repairs on its fire protection systems on campus (Services) for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a period of 3-years at mutual conscent. The Services have been divided into four (4) distinct zones, each zone with a mix of building types. Below is the high-level information on the four (4) zones. Refer to Tabs 'Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3 and Zone 4' in Annex III - Pricing Schedule for detailed information on each zone. The Proponent shall note that the data in the inventory lists provided in this RFP may have discrepancies with the actual. While the inventory lists are carefully prepared, the information is not guaranteed, represented, or warranted to be accurate, nor is it necessarily comprehensive or exhaustive. It is the Proponent's responsibility to identify and report should any discrepancies be found, and the inspections shall be done on any additional devices found during the course of tasks.
