Reference Number 0000262678 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/22 09:00:00 AM EST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/01/29 09:00:00 AM EST Pricing Lump sum The TPA, branded as Green P, is a self-sustaining and self-financing public entity owned by the City of Toronto. Recognized as a world leader in parking technology services, the TPA has built an international reputation as an industry leader in effective and innovative parking solutions ensuring that local businesses continue to grow, neighborhood vibrancy is supported, and its environmental footprint is minimized. TPA provides 21,600 off-street public parking spaces to non-commercial vehicles throughout the City of Toronto in over 200 facilities, as well as close to 18,000 on-street spaces and 24 parking garages, operating 24 hours, 7 days a week. The scope of this RFP includes the provisions of Landscaping Services exclusively for TPA parking garage structures and outdoor surface parking lots located throughout the City of Toronto and the city of Vaughan seasonally, from April 01, 2024to November 30, 2027. With the option to renew the Contract for an additional two (2) separate one (1) year periods, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP), and the Toronto Parking Authority's Procurement Policies, and the attached Appendix C - Price Form, and the Fair Wage Policy. Certificate of Insurance: The Bidder shall carry Commercial General Liability Insurance satisfactory to the TPA in the amount of FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000.) inclusive per occurrence. Non-Owned Automobile (SPF#6) coverage, with a minimum limit of FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000.) Automobile Liability insurance, in an amount of not less than TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2, 000,000.) is required on all licensed vehicles owned or used by the Bidder. Pollution Policy insurance, in an amount of not less than ONE HIUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.) is required. Bidder's Equipment Insurance is required for all equipment owned or rented by the Bidder and employees that provides coverage against all risks of loss or damage. The Bidder shall ensure that all Sub-Bidders carry insurance in the form and limits specified in this clause. Note that the effective date for Certificate of Insurance will be the date of the Notice of Award.
