Tentative Work for the complex will commence on March 1st, 2024 (or as soon as weather permits) and shall be completed by August 9th, 2024. Work to be coordinated with Lakeland Union High School to minimize disruption. Milestone dates for construction will be available at the January 22nd Pre Bid Meeting at Lakeland Union High School. BID SECURITY in the amount of (5) five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids. ***Document Note: may be requested at no cost by emailing annal@pobinc.com Point of Beginning, Inc is responsible for distribution of addenda to only those that have requested project documents from Point of Beginning in formats described above.
