Renovation of an educational facility in Belleville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The College is seeking to obtain the services of a contractor that can provide the services required to replace the windows and doors listed on the drawings following the requirements listed in the specification. Contractors shall take every precaution to prevent damage to the grounds and the building. Should damage occur, such as tire marks of a lift in the grass, the contractor is responsible repair such damage to return it to its original state, pre-damage. It is our expectation the project will be completed by August 25th, 2024. - Supply and installation of aluminium doors and adjacent side lites. - Submission to the Consultant of Shop Drawings for review. - Submission to the Owner and/or the Owners Representative of colour samples for framing, panels, sealants, and painting for selection by the Owner. - Removal of existing doors, framing and miscellaneous fitments. - Supply, fabricate and install the following items pertaining to the aluminium entrances/exits: - Aluminium fixed windows, complete with all intermediate mullions, adaptors and glazing members, column covers, interior and exterior trim and hardware; - Glass and glazing for all work under this Division; - Anchors, lead or rawl plugs; - Blocking within window areas; - Final cleaning of glass and aluminium; - Caulking and air sealing as specified in Section 079200.
