Renovation of a municipal facility in Waco, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of March 6, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. The deadline to ask questions is 2/05/2024 2:00 PM CST All questions must be submitted electronically through online Question and Answer portal no later than 72 hours prior to bid opening. Project scope of work includes New Standby Generator System including concrete foundations, automatic transfer switch, electrical controls, electric wiring, fuel tank, and appurtenances. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety must be submitted with each bid for those contracts that exceed $100,000. A certified check or bank draft payable to Cottonwood Water Supply Corporation or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Cottonwood Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. In case of ambiguity, lack of clarity or compliance in the bid, Cottonwood Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to consider the most advantageous interpretation thereof or to reject the bid.
