Bid File No. Rfq-49139 Resolution No. 01-24 A One (1) Year Requirement Contract To Provide Grounds Maintenance Services Including Landscaping, Vegetation Management, Grass Cutting, Pruning, And Weed Control, And Other Specified Grounds Maintenance Services At Over 142 District Facilities Located Throughout The District's Service Area And New Properties That May Be Acquired During The Contract Period. The District's Service Area Will Be Divided Into Four (4) Groups Of Facilities To Be Bid On Either Singularly Or In Any Combination, Potentially Resulting In Up To Four (4) Contracts. This Bid Does Not Require A Bid Bond Nor A Performance Bond. Contractors That Have Not Held This Contract Within The Past Three (3) Years Are Required To Attend The Pre-bid Meeting Prior To Submitting A Bid. This Meeting Is Optional For Contractors That Have Held This Grounds Maintenance Contract Within The Past Three (3) Years. Contractors Are Encouraged To Visit These Locations On Their Own To Become Familiar With Them. All Contractors Not Familiar With The District's Equipment, Scope Of Work And Facilities Shall Acquaint Themselves With The Tasks To Be Performed Under This Contract As Failure To Do So Shall Be A Basis To Reject The Bid. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Determine The Requirements Necessary To Fulfill The Contract Specifications. Bidders Must Be Familiar With The Sites And Specifications With Existing Site Conditions. Bids May Not Be Accepted Unless Meeting These Requirements, Per Section Sgc-4 Within The Bid Documents.
