Site work for an educational facility in Hernando, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of replacing existing playground equipment and surfacing and making accessibility site improvements and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications. Project Location: 893 W Oak Grove Rd, Hernando, MS 38632 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids on any or all projects and to waive informalities. Bids on the Project must be received on or before the period scheduled for the project and no bid withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the project for a period of forty-five (45) days. All bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a Prime or Subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. start Work on a date set to start in a Notice to Proceed which will be issued on or about March 14, 2024. Substantial Completion shall be achieved on or before July 30th, 2024. Final Completion shall be achieved on or before August 30th, 2024, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
