Cafeteria, Library Projector LCR and Network Drop Relocation - Multi Campus - Killeen ISD is accepting proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing Cafeteria, Library, Band & Choir Room Projectors and Network Drop relocation at multiple campuses as outlined in the specifications on the "Attachments Tab". All projectors must be received and installed and network drops relocated before July 31, 2024 Question Deadline 03/08/2024 at 2:00 PM CT KISD is upgrading projectors at this campus. Plan to replace older model projectors currently in place with a new model. Cabling and other components as specified. Only the library will require a both projector and screen replacement. 1 Band Room Projector 1 Choir Room Projector 31 Library projectors and screens 12 Cafeteria projectors and screens The Killeen Independent School District requests quotes for the following: 1. Install Epson PowerLite L520U projector and screen with full installation in library as listed in parts list. 2. Install Epson V11HA64920 projector and screen with full installation in cafeteria as listed in parts list. 3. Install Epson BrightLink 1485Fi Interactive Projector with full installation in classrooms as listed in parts list. 4. The district may require the installers to install the projectors during the evening /after-hours, so it does not interfere with the operation of the school. 5. This installation also requires the following: a. An approved Epson Dealer/Installer. b. Project Manager (PM). Duties of a project are listed on the second page. c. Full Installation of the Epson projectors and Projector Screen. Installation shall follow all Epson manufacturer instructions and Screen manufacturer instructions. No substitute. d. Removal of any trash from the campus is caused by the installation. e. The placement of serial number barcodes on the side of the projector. Serial number barcodes are located on the boxes the projectors come in. f. A full report on all projectors, which will include the location, serial number, barcode number and model number of each installed projector.
