Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor shall submit to the owner a lump sum bid price for furnishing labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete all aspects required to install a new gym floor and miscellaneous work in compliance with these specifications. Padded Urethane Sports Flooring Gym is approximately 9,700 sf (approximately 88'4" x 110'7") VCT to be prepped to receive new floor system. Furnish and install PULASTIC Classic 90, a 9mm padded urethane with pigmented resin, or approved equal, over VCT tiles in one of manufacturer's standard colors. 1 Main NFHS Basketball Court. 2 NFHS Volleyball Courts (1 Main and 1 Cross Practice court). Baseline lettering of school name or mascot. Center School Logo in 12x12 area - up to 4 colors, copy of logo attached. Rubber cove base and metal transition at perimeter walls and transitions. Metal transitions where floor terminates. 2 NEW Volleyball Cover-plates at 2 existing holes. All metal transitions to include: 2 = 6' doors 2 = 4' doors 2 = 3' doors 2 = 12' transitions Bleachers to handle on both sides. 66' L x 4 Rows manual. Detach bleachers, install floor in bleacher strips, reattach bleachers once cured and install the remaining body of floor. All bleacher installation to be done in accordance with the bleacher manufacturer's specifications. Supplier shall be an established firm experienced in field and have been in business for a minimum of ten (10) years. Colors to be chosen by owner.
