Project Description: The project is an exterior repairs to an existing 3 story steel framed building with a brick facade, includes replacement of damaged or spalled bricks with new, helical stitching/wall ties, repointing & face grouting of existing vertical & horizontal cracks and missing mortar, new control & expansion joints, new vertical weep holes & vents, scraping, cleaning & re-painting of existing steel shelf angles and cleaning/removal of efflorescence & fungal growth.
