The Town of Derry reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of the Town. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient for disqualification. o Replace the existing 350 kW 480V 545 HP diesel generator with new 600 kW 277/480V, 3-phase, diesel Kohler HP pad mount generator with exterior sound enclosure (#600REOZVB or equivalent), incl. one (1) 1200-amp Line Breaker, 12-hour sub-base fuel tank, block heater, sound enclosure, battery, and battery charger. Includes delivery and offloading. o Provide new precast generator pad and underground conduits / conductors for new generator as required. o Provide remote generator annunciator with associated conduit/wiring. o Provide a minimum of one (1) year warrant on all parts and labor. o Generator must be compatible with: o Existing (new 2023) Asco 1200A, NEMA 1, 277/480V, 3-phase, automatic transfer switch o Existing (new 2023) 1200-amp NEMA 1 277/480V, 3-phase, service rated enclosed breaker. o Provide emergency power off (EPO) button at generator location. o Provide new circuits for generator battery charger and block heater units from existing power panels. o Provide rigging / placement for new generator. o Provide site work, trenching, backfill and finish grading as required for new generator installation. o Provide a full tank of diesel fuel. o Include permits / inspections. (Permit fees will be waived) o Include start-up / System Testing / 3-Hour Load Bank Testing / Owner training. replace the existing wastewater treatment plant effluent sewer pumping station emergency standby generator with one (1) new 600kW Diesel Kohler 3-Phase Generator. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract with a company to replace the existing generator at the Towns Wastewater Treatment Plant effluent pump station located at 54 Transfer Lane (off Fordway), Derry, NH to include all equipment, materials and labor necessary to supply and install a fully functioning emergency standby automatic generator.
