THE MARICOPA COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES CENTER IS A SINGLE-STORY 27,653 SF TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT LOCATED IN THE CITY OF MESA, ARIZONA. THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERIOR NON-BEARING PARTITIONS, FLOOR AND CEILING FINISH SYSTEMS, LIGHTING AND CONTROLS, AIR DISTRIBUTION AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, PLUMBING FIXTURES, AND CASEWORK. THIS FACILITY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENTS: OFFICE OF VITAL RECORDS (OVR) IMMUNIZATIONS WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN (WIC) CLINICAL SERVICES FLEXIBLE AND HOTELING SPACE COMMON STAFF SPACE PROJECT TYPE: TENANT IMPROVEMENT TOTAL PROJECT AREA: 27,653 SF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION: BUSINESS GROUP B - CLINIC, OUTPATIENT CONSTRUCTION TYPE: TYPE II-B FULLY SPRINKLERED (NO CHANGE)
