Anhourlyproposal,company qualifications (must be qualified and experienced with working in and aroundhigh voltage equipment),hourly crew and equipmentrate,and referencesare required. The Project Description, Contract between Ownerand Contractor,Bid Form, Forms of Bid Bond, The City reservesthe right to waive any informalities or to rejectanyor allbids. Each bidder must deposit withbid, security in the amount, form, and subjecttothe conditions provided inthe Informationfor Bidders. Nobidder may withdraw bid within60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. If a contractaward is made,itwill bemade to the lowest and best, responsive, responsible bidder . TheCity of Jacksonhereby notifiesall biddersthat it will affirmatively ensure that in any contractenteredintopursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged businessenterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bidsin responsetothis invitationand will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or nationalorigin inconsiderationfor anaward.
