As of 02/05/2024 This project has been cancelled. The Awarding Authority seeks a licensed electrician to provide materials and labor to a. Electrically disconnect all existing emergency lighting units, remove from wall/ceiling and properly dispose of off-site; b. Provide replacement emergency lighting units as listed below, or equivalent on the Awarding Authoritys approval. Any equivalent items shall be clearly identified in the quote c. Install replacement emergency lightning units, including other required materials to complete the project; d. Once installed, test all units to ensure they meet applicable code requirements; e. Provide town building inspector with a letter stating the results of the testing; f. Provide a copy of the manual of operation at the completion of the project; g. Provide contractor's one-year service warranty; h. Provide manufacturer's warranty. Disconnect all existing emergency lights electrically, remove wall/ceiling and properly dispose offsite. Provide and install replacement units. Obtain and pay for all required permits and inspections.
