Reference Number 0000339635 The City of Fredericksburg, Texas intends to enter into on-call professional service agreements with individuals or firms that can provide professional building plan review services and inspection services for the City to help expedite plan review and permitting for residential and non-residential building construction projects including but not limited to new construction and tenant finishes. The City of Fredericksburg, Texas (City), invites statements of qualifications from interested and qualified persons and/or firms with experience and professional qualifications related to building construction, plan review, inspections, and other related professional and technical services to provide support services typically required by a municipal building inspection department. The ability to interpret and apply the City's code and ordinances, as well as to be familiar with applicable state and federal regulations, is important to the provision of these services. Qualified applicants must possess all licenses, certifications, and permits necessary to provide the professional services described in this Request for Qualifications.
