As of February 20,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Working Days - The Contractor shall complete all work, including final cleanup and removal of all equipment before October 25, 2024. Liquidated Damages - Liquidated damages shall be $200 per day for each working day beyond October 25, 2024 that the work is not complete For all bids over $100,000, the City of Davenport requires a Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount For awarded bids over $100,000, the awarded contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount, and said bond to be issued by a responsible surety approved by the City and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract and the terms and conditions therein contained.
