Site work for a civil project in Mont-Joli, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The housing project is spread over three phases. The project consists of creating a range of apartment/condominium and single-family housing (Phases I and II) (Phase III). The City wants to build 450 housing units there in a set of up to 3 floor 20 buildings 24 units each. The professionals will have to establish the positioning while respecting the proposed surface areas, validate the flow rates of the existing sanitary sewer system, design the rainwater management system in order to avoid overloading the Lebrun stream, plan and design the landscaping, and design streets of new development. TIMELINE: Preliminary design is ongoing. Tender documents are to be completed by late summer/fall, 2026. Tender and construction schedules will be finalized at a later date. Further update in spring, 2026.
