The scope of this project includes the preliminary engineering, final design, environmental review/permitting and final PS&E of the path throughout Rockland County from the southernmost end (Palisades, NY) to the northern most end (Stony Point, NY) along or close to the Hudson River. This path must be accessible to persons walking, bicycling, as well as handicapped accessible.
