Bid results - 04 20 00.FSB Masonry - The Waterproofing Company LLC - $40,000.00 07 50 00.FSB Roofing and Flashing - Cape Cod Builders Inc - $155,000.00 The scope of work is to replace aged and failing ballasted flat roof systems, flashings and copings on Building 2, apply new waterproof coating to the sloped metal roof systems on Building 2 and 4, repair precast concrete panels on Building 1, repair integral gutters and drains on Building 4, and remove skylights/vents and provide infill at Building 2 and 4. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design, provide, install, and dismantle shoring to safely support the existing structure during the Work, including, but not limited to, that shoring described below. 1. Selective demolition for concrete repairs at precast panel elements may temporarily weaken the existing panels. The Contractor is responsible for determining the need for, designing, and providing shoring to safely support the panels during concrete removal and concrete repairs. The configuration of the shoring shall accommodate the installation of formwork for the concrete repairs. 2. The Contractor is responsible for identifying all locations where construction loads will exceed the capacity of the existing structure and designing and providing shoring to safely support the existing structure during construction.
