Reference Number 0000339885 Consulting Services 534 North Avenue Façade Improvement Design SCOPE OF WORK Each Consultant will have the opportunity to submit a Façade Improvement Design proposal including a cost proposal, approach and schedule. Upon selection, the successful team shall work closely with the city staff, small business owner and property owner to provide a conceptual design for the project and upon approval from the City of New Rochelle, prepare architectural/engineering permit/construction drawings for the façade renovation of the small business. The proposed design should highlight the improvement of the two exterior façades of the property at 534 North Avenue that are street facing on North Avenue and Horton Avenue. This could include exterior treatments, windows, doors, signage and / or awnings, as well as minor interior improvements needed to facilitate the installation of the changed exterior elements. The design should not include sidewalks, roofs or any other exterior elements not street-facing, nor interior design elements. To provide a more pleasing streetscape, the proposed design should complement the adjacent property's exterior design.
