As of February 08, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 12, 2024. In general, the project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 2700 LF of PVC water main, 2200 LF of sanitary sewer, 2600 LF of PE and RCP storm sewer and associated urban asphalt street reconstruction. A single prime bid will be received for the work. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. The contract awarded under this bid advertisement will be funded in part by financial assistance from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development - Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) the Wisconsin Clean Water Fund Program and the Wisconsin Safe Drinking Water Loan Program and will be subject to regulations contained in Wis. Adm. Code, s. NR 162.09, Wis. Adm. Code, s. NR 166.12 and appropriate state statutes.
