The intent and purpose of this IFB is to obtain competitive bids and award a contract for annual sanitary & storm sewer supplies for the City of St. Charles. The initial term of agreement shall be from contract approval through December 31, 2024, with the City holding unilateral options for two (2) additional one-year terms. Question Deadline 01/24/2024 at 3:00 PM CT Any questions related to the IFB shall be submitted to Willie Hantack, Purchasing Manager, at william.hantack@stcharlescitymo.gov. Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest bidder meeting all specified requirements and considered the best. The City of Saint Charles would prefer to contract with one Bidder for all needs, but reserves the right to award individual items to multiple Bidders. Therefore, Bidders may bid on one or more of the items specified. It is not necessary to bid on all items specified. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful bidder of any term or condition of the contract by giving 30 days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party ample time to remedy the deficiencies.
