CONTRACT TIME
This contract is anticipated to be awarded on or about February 8, 2024. As such, it is also
anticipated that a Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued on (or prior to) February 15, 2024.
All associated contract work must be complete within sixty (60) calendar days after
issuance of NTP; therefore all work must therefore be complete no later than April 15,
2024
SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION OF BID ITEMS
The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all equipment, labor and materials to complete the following
work items:
o Ellicott Creek Trailway Park - Reroofing & Fascia Wrap
o Billy Wilson Park Pavilions (2) - Reroofing & Fascia Wrap
o Billy Wilson Park Restroom Building - Reroofing & Fascia Wrap
o Erie Canal Trailway Pavilion - Reroofing & Fascia Wrap
o Eggertsville Community Park Pavilion - Reroofing & Fascia Wrap
CONTRACTOR is responsible for the provision and use of all required safety equipment
necessary to facilitate the work.
Please also note: It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to make and maintain any/all
disturbed building areas as weathertight. Further, should any Contractor-disturbed area not
be weathertight and experience leakage, the Contractor will be responsible for any and all
damages and costs associated with the leakage.
