Pictou County Shared Services Authority invites proposals for the collection of Refuse, Recycling and Organic material for the Towns of New Glasgow, Trenton, Stellarton, Westville and Pictou and for the Municipality of the County of Pictou. The Pictou County Shared Services Authority shall have the unqualified right to reject any or all proposal, including the lowest cost proposal, and to appoint the collection of Refuse, Recycling and Organic material to whomsoever the Pictou County Shared Services Authority, in their sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, deems appropriate, whether that proposal complies with the requirements of the proposal documents or not. The Pictou County Shared Services Authority also reserves the right to not award the Contract to collect Refuse, Recycling and Organic material or to award part but not all of the Contract to collect Refuse, Recycling and Organic material.
