The total estimated Base Bid Cost of Construction is $100,000.00 in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by: TSHD architects 1010 Coles Boulevard, Portsmouth, OH 45662 740.354.6621kdonges@tshdarchitects.com / mspencer@tshdarchitects.com. The successful bidder will be required to secure a contract bond in an amount equal to the total sum of the bid, supported by a Power of Attorney, for the bonding agent, a Certificate from the Department of Insurance authorizing the Surety Company to do Surety business in the State of Ohio, and a current financial statement of the Surety Company. The bond shall be on the form bound in the Specifications. The Dawson-Bryant Local School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
