The City of Lloydminster (City) wishes to carry out a pre-qualification process for General Contractors who will be invited to bid on the City's various Capital Projects. The City's Capital Projects which may be issued to the pre-qualified Contractors list may include, but will not be limited to, deep utility infrastructure replacements and installation, and roadway construction and rehabilitation. The following projects are typical programs completed each year, pending Council approval, as well as programs from 2024's approved Capital Budget: Street Improvement Program(s); Local Program Arterial Program Water and Sewer Replacement Program(s); 41 Street Roadway Extension; and 36 Street Roadway Extension. The two (2) pre-qualification questionnaires included in this document are for the following categories: 1. Deep utility infrastructure replacement; and 2.
