The Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce is issuing a Tender for the replacement of an evaporator condenser at the Teeswater Culross Community Centre. The facility is located at 19 Marcy Street E., Teeswater, Ontario. The Tender specifications include that the Evaporator Unit must be a BAC (Baltimore Aircoil) Model # VC1-125,condenser. This includes a glycol loop for compressor head cooling, a 15HP fan motor , reengineered stand for the unit, replacement of the water pump tank to meet the proper water pressure flow. The goal of this Tender is to secure the services of a qualified ice plant company to install a new evaporator condenser unit for the arena facility prior to August 1, 2024.
