SPWD PROJECT NO. 24-A010-3 & 23-M02-4, SITE #9992, BUILDING #1950 This project includes the construction of two separate buildings combined into one project. Facilities are Deferred Maintenance and Anti-Ligature. Scope of work includes but not limited to final clean, saw cut & demolition, chain-link fence, grading, site concrete, rebar, millwork, roofing, door & hardware, patch and repair of drywall, flooring, painting, wall protection, toilet accessories, lockers, residential equipment, fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (power & low voltage), fire alarm and tele/data. Base Bid Description: Two design projects are being bid as a single project for construction. Anti-Ligature 23-M02-4: The scope of this project consists of interior renovations to the Control Room, Vocational/Recreation Area, and Toilet along with exterior repairs and door replacements. Door hardware and electrical will also be upgraded. Deferred Maintenance 24-A010-3: The scope of this project consists of renovations to the existing Lobby, Visiting, Staff Lounge, Office Areas, and Second Floor Corridor. Exterior Renovations include new ramps/steps and walks, and a new secured evacuation area, along with door hardware and fire alarm upgrades. This is a Prevailing Wage Rate Project, Prevailing Wage Rates October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, Clark County Prevailing Wage Rates. Please review the Phases of the Project (5 Phases). The project schedule is 200 calendar days for the Construction.
