Vigo county school corporation 2024 capital projects fund bids received after the bid deadline will not be opened or considered and returned to the bidder. Bids will be opened and read immediately aloud after the submission deadline at the vigo county school corporation administration building (formerly west vigo elementary school), 501 olive street, west terre haute, indiana 47885 (door 6 on sw corner). Bids shall be properly and completely executed on Indiana State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 (revised 2013) Contractor's Bid for Public Works and the Contractor's Bid Supplemental Form. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope plainly labeled as follows: The Vigo County School Corporation 501 Olive Street West Terre Haute, Indiana 47885 Bid For: 2024 Capital Projects Fund SITE IMPROVEMENTS and RELATED Work for Vigo County School Corporation The name and return address of the Bidder. The successful Bidder receiving award of the Project shall enter into the AIA Document A104-2017 Standard Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor provided in the bidding documents and furnish AIA Document A312-2010. Performance and Payment Bonds shall remain in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Work. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the Bidding.
