**As of March 18, 2024, the project was awarded to Roers Construction but the awarded amount is not available.** Bids shall be on the basis of cash payment for work performed. All work included in the contract must be completed on or before November 15, 2024. Bids must be submitted on copies of the bid form in the specifications and must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidder's bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the West Fargo Park District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract. Bids must be submitted on copies of the bid form, provided in the specifications, and contained in its own envelope. A separate envelope containing a bidder's bond in the sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid and a copy of the Contractor's license or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State. Bids must be in envelopes that clearly identify the bidders name, project name, and the Owner's name on the outside. The West Fargo Park District reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and licenses and any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. Est.
