Questions can be sent to Kevin Womack, VRT Procurements, at procurement@ridevrt.org Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Valley Regional Transit. ***Pre Bid Meeting Note Pre-Proposal Meeting will be available by appointment only Scope of Work Basis of Design: Ty-Metal Bi-Fold Gate Provide & install a surface-mounted, 13-foot clear single-leaf bi-fold gate across the existing 12'9" exit lane. All gates and fencing shall meet "no climb or crawl" standards for security. (Architects drawings are available upon request) Provide & install a new power circuit and connection to the gate operator. Provide & install 40' of fence panel around the gate and operator to secure the whole exit. Gate panel an fence panels to match in style with black powder coat and expanded metal infill. Provide & install (x2) bollards to protect operator and fence. Install (x1) obstruction loop, (x1) shadow loop, and (x1) free-exit loop. Assist in commissioning new controls that are run/installed by Everbase (VRT's contracted controls operator). Inspections, adjustments, and operational tests are included in the fee.
