Bowling Green Municipal Utilities (BGMU) is currently accepting bids for Submersible Pump Purchases for proposed Sewer Pump Station Renovations. The Bidder shall include pumps, motors, power cables, guide rails brackets, chains for pump retrieval, discharge elbows, seal and thermal relay, access hatches, and other related equipment for a complete pumping system. The bid shall also include maintenance manuals, and performance measurements. Bid prices shall include all freight and delivery costs to the BGMU Water Recovery Facility (1189 Preston Avenue, Bowling Green, KY 42101). Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to accept the lowest bid or lowest evaluated bid. All bids shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Cost, Qualifications/Experience, Past Record with BGMU, References, Timeliness, Compliance with Bid Specifications, Quality of Materials, Financial Stability, and Compliance with Law ***Bid Event: Please mark bid envelope "BIDRFB# 2024-01 - SPS - Bulk Pump Purchase" prior to the date and time listed above. To ensure against premature opening. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder and their address.
