Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals to furnish and install a complete stand-alone Hanwha Wisent Wave security surveillance system located at the Walton County Government Building, 303 South Hammond Drive, Monroe, Ga. Should the total cost of the proposal be $100,000 or more, a Payment and Performance Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. All proposals of $100,000 or more must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the proposal price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with Walton County named as additional insured. A Contractors Affidavit, also known as E-Verify, verifying compliance with O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 must be submitted with the bid. This form must be notarized. Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to make award based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
