Katy ISD is Soliciting This RFP for Door Services. Katy ISD intention is to contract services for door service maintenance and repairs throughout the district. It is the intention of Katy ISD to solicit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Door Service Contract. Katy ISD is utilizing the Request for Proposals (RFP) method for the procurement of this service in accordance with Texas Education Code 44.031 (a)(3). For information regarding the RFP process, please contact the Purchasing Department at (281) 396-6260. The term of this contract will be for one (1) year. The first year of contract shall be from April 10, 2024 through April 9, 2025 with the option to renew annually for up to an additional four (4) years, provided any subsequent renewal is agreed to in writing by both parties. Katy ISD reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the School District. Katy ISD further reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate modifications in any terms of a proposed vendor's response or any parts thereof. Katy ISD further reserves the right to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the School District.
