Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Adding aluminum storefront doors in the entry and office to create a secure vestibule and office. Adding new floor finish and ceiling tiles in the secure vestibule. Adding access controls at secure vestibule and office. Work shall include, but is not limited to: - Selective demolition of portions of walls, hollow metal window systems, flooring, ceilings, and other systems as required and described to complete the work. - New storefront, security doors, card access, and security access wire pulled to designated existing exterior doors. - Interior remodel of the front office area. - New carpeting, vinyl tile, walk-off mat, doors and hardware, paint, and ceilings. - Modification of electrical, security, and fire alarm systems to suit re-configured spaces. Questions: Questions must be submitted by Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Questions submitted directly to Owner or Architect will not be answered until re-submitted through U3P. Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements.
