Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of February 26, 2024 this project has been awarded to Sumner Roofing for $29,316.40.** Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hendersonville, Public Works Department, for the furnishing of all materials and supplying of all labor necessary to provide Fire Station #6 Roof Replacement located at 1003 Winston Hills within the City of Hendersonville City Limits. The City reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. For further information, contact Sarah Lock , Public Works Director , 615-822-1000 or slock@hvilletn.org. The purpose of this project is to remove the existing damaged roof and to replace it with a new, equivalent (or better) roof. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to confirm the roof information prior to bidding on the project.
