This scope is preliminary and for information purposes only. It is the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work as shown, specified and required based upon the contract documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.) HILLSDALE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS DAVIS MIDDLE SCHOOL 30 N WEST ST HILLSDALE, MI 49242 HILLSDALE HIGH SCHOOL 30 S NORWOOD AVE HILLSDALE, MI 49242 WORK REQUIRED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The work of this project consists of, but is not limited to the Scope of Work listed below. This scope is preliminary and for information purposes only. It is the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work as shown, specified and required based upon the contract documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.) B. Sawtooth EPDM Roof Sections 1. Make any necessary repairs, including removal of any wet insulation and roofing materials and replace with like materials. 2. Install new roof suppers, scupper box and downspout in all valleys per the roof drawings. 3. Allow repairs to cure completely. 4. Carefully power wash all roof surfaces with greater than 2,000 psi pressure to remove debris, rust, scale, dirt, dust, chalking, peeling or flaking coatings, etc. Do not force water into the roof system or damage roof surfaces. 5. Wearing personal protective clothing and equipment, treat areas of algae, mildew or fungus with a solution of three quarts of warm water and TSP or Simple Green Solution.
