Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 26,967-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Description: Work at this school will include architectural and MEP improvements to include new flooring and wall finishes. A new restroom will be constructed adjacent to an existing restroom that will receive updates. New mechanical units above ceiling to include new hydronic piping and ductwork. New power, lighting, and LED lamp upgrades are included. Minor wall adjustments and infills occur throughout the roughly 27,000 square foot space. New casework, fume hood, wood riser seating, doors and hardware are also planned. Exterior improvements include sidewalk, striping, curb work, water quality structure and entry sign. Shiel Sexton is seeking qualified subcontractor bids for the IPS Northwest MS - Monarca project for work associated with the following bid packages: Contract No. 01 - General Trades Contract No. 02 - Mechanical/Plumbing Contract No. 03 - Electrical.
