The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals as allowed by BREC governing statutes, ordinances, resolutions and policies from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing Maintenance and Operations of BREC's Community Pools. Goals and Objectives The Recreation Department desires to establish a contract with a qualified entity to provide operations and maintenance services that meets BREC's quality and service standards, in order to provide a safe and functional Community Pool that meets the needs and desires of our citizens Questions relative to the addendum shall be submitted by the close of business three working days date the addendum is issued (or, posted in online Thereafter, all proposal documents, including but not limited to the ns, terms, conditions, plans, etc., will stand as written and/or amended by any addendum issued as a final inquiry period..
