Project consists of HVAC Remediation of Lexington Health Department as well as a multitude of interior building upgrades including, new doors and door hardware, new flooring, acoustical separation of existing offices, revised conference room layouts, HVAC balancing, and other miscellaneous upgrades. Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 2-14-2024. Bidders' questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. The project encompasses a comprehensive approach to remediate existing mold, mitigate the root causes of mold growth, and implement upgrades in various sections of the building. Key components include: Thorough mold remediation in all affected areas. Address factors contributing to mold growth. Facility upgrades including new ceiling and carpet installations in affected areas. Acoustical privacy upgrades at offices and conference rooms. Conference Room Architectural and A/V & IT upgrades on the third floor. Clinic room upgrades on the first floor. HVAC rebalancing and zoning on all floors.
