The Project generally consists of demo of existing mechanical bar screen and conveyor and installation of new mechanical bar screen and conveyor. Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. It is the bidders responsibility to see that their bid is at the designated location by the time stated above. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the City of Sherwood, accept the bid that is in the City of Sherwoods best interest The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
