The City of Lexington is seeking Statements of Qualifications from multiple firms to provide a variety of professional engineering and related consulting services. Firms with expertise in any of the listed services are encouraged to submit. Services include, but are not limited to: Preliminary Engineering Studies and reports. Grant writing, applications, and administration in various departments . Design, including field surveys, plan and specification preparation. Permitting (NCDEQ, NCDOT, USACE, FEMA, etc.) . Construction Services including bidding, contract administration and observation. Asset and records management, Asset Conditioning (GIS, web hosting, etc.) Environmental engineering . Land surveying .Transportation (planning, cost estimates, etc.) . Floodplain engineering (cost estimates, permitting, plan review, filed inspections, etc.) Land development and planning . Stormwater planning . Financial analysis and rate studies . ADA Transitioning . Pavement condition surveys . Bridge inspections. All inquiries and questions about this RFQ must be submitted in writing by email to Mike Horney, Public Services Director at jmhorney@lexingtonnc.gov The City of Lexington reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Lexington.
