The Clarke Community School District, will receive sealed bids for the High School Athletic Fields Lighting Replacement project at the Clarke High School in Osceola, IA. Construction may begin on or after February 5, 2024. The Owner requires that Project to be Substantially Complete on or before June 1, 2024. Bidders will be required to provide security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, cashiersor certified check,or certified share draft of a sum not less than 5 percent of the Base Price/Sum. The Clarke Community School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities in Bidding. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the High School baseball field lighting with alternates to replace the football stadium, softball field, and tennis court lighting at 800 N Jackson, Osceola, IA 50213. Work includes demolition of the existing field lighting infrastructure and installation of new lighting infrastructure.
