Work includes abatement of existing ceilings and flooring; plaster restoration; replacement of existing auditorium seating, theatrical lighting, and finishes; installation of interior storefront systems, security glazing, doors, and access control infrastructure; limited mechanical and electrical building systems; limited replacement of specified ceilings; and site lighting, asphalt paving, curbing, fencing, and parking lot restoration.
