The Project consists of but is not limited to; Demo of existing mens restroom, Ceramic tile reclamation, Ceramic tile repair, Concealment of electrical conduit, New mens and womens restroom, Replacement of ceiling grids, Replacement of lighting fixtures, New plumbing, New HVAC to restrooms, New casework, Mechanical air exhaust, Mechanical ventilation, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents, as set forth in the Construction Documents prepared by the Architect. 04500-07
