This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Renovations to be completed at two (2) schools, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire Viamonde 1 Vanier drive, Suite 101 Welland (Ontario) L3B 1A1. The intent of this ITT is to obtain bids from bidders to complete Renovations at two (2) schools, located at 30, rue Poyntz, Penetanguishene, ON, L9M 1N4 (EE St-Joseph) & at 22 John St, Penetanguishene, ON L9M 1N8 (ES Le Caron) for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2-2020 with Supplementary Conditions, in accordance with all ITT Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract"). Contract work is to commence on June 27th, 2024 with a conclusion date no later than August 30th, 2024. The Owner has prequalified General Contractors from RFSQ #19-83. The General Contractors will be invited from Zone 4 (Kawarthas-Simcoe), Category #2. Mechanical and Abatement Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
