Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lisle, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All work under this Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. A prevailing wage determination has been made by the Illinois Department of Labor for public works projects in DuPage County and can be accessed by computer at website. The Village of Lisle reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason. Failure to make such a disclosure will not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any bidder against the Village of Lisle. The contractor selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and executive orders including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity. Bidder Questions Due January 31, 2024. The Village of Lisle requests bids for sodium hypochlorite feed system services. The successful bidder ("Contractor") will provide services that comply with the following: The work included in this contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor, and equipment required for the installation of the sodium hypochlorite feed system, and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the plans, Standard Specifications, and special provisions.
