PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Project comprises a 187 car, two level parking facility at the New Rochelle Municipal Marina, off Pelham Road in New Rochelle NY. B. Work consists of a single supported tier and slab-on-grade parking. In addition, there are two vehicle storage garages, mechanical spaces and an office suite located within the garage. 1. Work includes precast and cast in place concrete, masonry walls, structural steel, metal roof deck, waterproofing, insulated built-up roofing, roof accessories, sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances, aluminum windows, hardware, glazing, elevators, signs, plumbing, fire protection, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical systems, lighting, communication-alarm-signal systems and site improvements. C. This project will be constructed under a multiple prime-contracting arrangement. D. All prime contractors shall review specifications and drawings for the entire project outside of those that directly apply to them. E. This bid package is for Contracts #22-019, #22-019H, #22-019P, #22-019E, and related items only. The work includes coordination with the other contractors and trades as referenced in this Section and on the drawings. F.
