The work of this contract is to provide 24 hour alarm monitoring services, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance for intrusion and fire alarm systems installed at various locations within Cape Cod National Seashore (CACO). These services include Central Station Monitoring and providing consistent back up power supply equipment. In addition, the contractor will provide preventative maintenance visits and unscheduled repairs to the park on a recurring basis to perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as identified by park staff or uncovered during inspections. The work consists of furnishing all labor, travel, testing, testing equipment, materials and replacement parts to perform regularly scheduled inspections, regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, and unscheduled repairs on 15 Fire Protection Systems and 14 Intrusion Alarm Systems. The contractor shall be licensed as a Master or Systems Contractor Company to work on fire alarm systems by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Personnel performing maintenance repair and testing shall be factory- trained on the systems they are working on. The current systems in place are FCI (Fire Control Instruments Inc.) for fire and a combination of Honeywell, DSC Power Series, GEMINI and NAPCO for intrusion. Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Regularly Scheduled Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance [See Statement of Work (SOW) page 4] to provide complete inspection and testing according to the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association, (NFPA), NFPA-25 and NFPA-20 of all water based fire suppression systems and complete inspection and testing according to the requirements of the NFPA-70 and NFPA-72 of all fire detection systems within the Park to insure that such systems are fully operational in protecting the Park's resources as further described herein, see SOW Appendix A. Note: in order to complete the annual inspections for all buildings under this scope of work the contractor is permitted to schedule with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) the inspections and testing throughout the year on a quarterly basis Period of Performance: 03/01/2024 to 02/28/2029
