Summary description of the work : Rehabilitation of drinking water pipes by lining including but not limited to: Traffic management and signaling; Establishment of a temporary drinking water supply network; Excavation of access shafts; Lining including drilling of service entrances, replacement of valves, etc.; Site restoration; Cleaning, disinfection and testing of drinking water pipes. Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent at least two hundred and forty (240) hours before the date and time scheduled for receipt of submissions. GUARANTEES: This bid is subject to guarantee (bond) clauses. UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: The City of Saint-Jerome reserves the right to refuse the bid of a contractor, a service provider or a supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of opening of bids , was the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the City. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
